These books are amazing. Deep. Intelligent. Grown up. Emotional. Funny. I am constantly impressed that Mr. Sisavath not only is writing a story line this intense, but he's doing it with a quality of writing and editing that you just don't see in the genre or at his price points. These books hit so much above their weight its crazy. And The Fires of Atlantis is no different.
The pacing and intensity is at times so precarious I can't imagine how he has controlled it. You want to push and pull the characters yourself, willing them to go or stop. And all of them are all in play now. And the chemistry across them is brilliant.
I have read so many books in this genre, some very well done. Some great. But none come close to what Mr. Sisavath is doing in my opinion. He has taken things to a new level and The Fires of Atlantis keeps that going. If you haven't read the other books, catch up quick. If you have, you know what I am talking about, read The Fires of Atlantis.
