GibbsCAM is a system for automated preparation of programs for CNC machine tools, combining ease of use and functional power. The system's basic functionality can be expanded by adding specialized modules. Intuitive user interface provides easy access to the control functions geometry, tool paths, verification and postprocessing. Flexible programming techniques allow you to quickly create the optimal treatment program. - Established treatment processes can be saved and used again, using the knowledge base. Modeling functions help prepare the geometry for the processing needs by creating wireframe, surface and solid geometry. Built-in simulation engine remove material accurately reflects the entire process, showing how the change in time of the geometry of the workpiece, and all possible collision. The calculation result can be compared with the original model geometry, finding material residues or desperately. Full associativity between geometry, process parameters and trajectories allows you to quickly change the model and the processing parameters and automatically receive the corrected trajectory.
