The International Organization for Assistance to the Fighters of the Revolution (IDNR) is a communist charitable organization created by the decision of the Comintern as a communist counterpart to the Red Cross. Having branches in dozens of countries around the world, it provided financial and material assistance to convicted revolutionaries. Until 1936, the IDNR, like the NKVD, had the right to issue permits to enter the USSR. Actively used by the Chekists, and in fact this organization was actually a branch of the GPU - the NKVD. It operated on an international scale before the Second World War. The Soviet section of MOPR worked until 1947.
The journal of the Central Committee and the MKOP MK came out three times a month. 36 issues a year.
