Terry Pratchett - Reaper Man Audiobook (8 cds) €10 buy download
Death is missing - presumed ... er ... gone.
Which leads to the kind of chaos you always get when an important public service is withdrawn.
Ghosts and poltergeists fill up the Discworld. Dead Rights activist Reg Shoe - 'You Don't Have to Take This Lying
Down' - suddenly has more work than he had ever dreamed of. And newly deceased wizard Windle Poons wakes up in his
coffin to find that he has come back as a corpse. But it's up to Windle and the members of Ankh-Morpork's rather
unfrightening group of undead (*) to save the world for theliving. Meanwhile, on a little farm far, far away,
a tall, dark stranger is turning out to be really good with a scythe. There's a harvest to be got in.
And a different battle to be fought. Arthur Winkings, for example, became a vampire after being bitten by a lawyer.
Schleppel the bogeyman would be better at his job if he wasn't agoraphobic and frightened of coming out of the
closet. And Mr Ixolite is a banshee with a speech impediment, so instead of standing on the roof and screaming when
there's a death in the house he writes 'OooEeeOooEeeOoo' on a piece of paper and pushes it under the door.

About The Reader
Best known for his comic performances on television in The Comic Strip, as Neil in The Young Ones, and, most
recently as Lou Lewis in Shine On, Harvey Moon, Nigel Planer is a man with a wide range of roles from romantic to
absurd, from yuppies to rock stars, from the first pregnant man (yes, before Arnie!) to Andy Warhol. Perhaps his
most famous incarnation is Nicholas Craig, the actor (actorrrr), as whom Nigel appeared on television, theatre and
radio, and co-wrote the best-selling I, an Actor. Since training at LAMDA, Nigel has had leading roles in West End
musicals and plays, starred in over a hundred hours of television, comedy and drama, been a stand-up comedian and
founder member of London.s Comic Strip and Comedy Store, and written or co-written screenplays, TV and radio
scripts, and four best-selling books. His articles and poetry have been published in several magazines and
newspapers. In 1985, he won the BPI award for best comedy record with his rendering of Hole in My Shoe and as part
of the spoof heavy metal band Bad News, he played rhythm guitar at the Donnington Heavy Rock Festival and the
Hammersmith Odeon.
