ProStructures CONNECT Edition is a (BIM) software comprising of ProSteel and ProConcrete, it allows structural engineers, designers, detailers, and fabricators to efficiently create accurate 3D models for structural steel and reinforced concrete structures. ProStructures integrated tools provides fast creation of design drawings, fabrication details, and schedules, with automatic updates whenever the 3D model is changed.
ProStructures for AutoCAD is the application dependent on AutoCAD . So to run the application one needs to take separate AutoCAD License. Here ProStructures is just a Plug in on top of AutoCAD and runs using basic AutoCAD platform.

Minimum Profile
Processor: Intel or AMD processor 2.0 GHz or greater. We do not support ProStructures CONNECT on a CPU that does not support SSE2.
Memory: 1 GB available RAM minimum, 2 GB (32-bit OS) or 4 GB (64-bit OS) available RAM is recommended. More memory almost always improves performance, particularly when working with larger models.
Hard Disk: 3.5 GB free disk space (which includes the 2 GB install footprint for a complete installation)
Video: Graphics card supported by DirectX 9.0c. See the graphics card manufacturer for latest information on DirectX drivers. 256 MB of video RAM or higher is recommended. If insufficient video RAM or no graphics card supported by DirectX can be found, ProStructures CONNECT attempts to use software emulation. For optimal performance, graphics display color depth should be set to 24-bit or higher.
