Added New Rule
Standard Sheet Thickness – Sheet Metal
The organization has a standard sheet thickness inventory. The design engineer should use the standard sheet thickness based on the material. Any non-standard sheet thickness leads to extra inventory and additional raw material costs.
Recommendations: Use Sheet thickness should be as per the value configured in the Rule Configuration table.

Multi-process analysis with Assembly module
Users can execute assembly-specific checks by selecting Manufacturing Process as Assembly. All assembly-specific rules will be executed for Assembly and Tubing modules. For example, the tubing module rule Minimum Clearance Between Tubes will be executed. Partspecific rules will not be executed, e.g., Recommended Tube Bend Radius.

Failed instances root node image
DFMPro Excel report shows the root node image of all failed instances for the failed rule.
Note: The report generation process will take longer if more captured images are available

Complex Expression Support
Users can create complex rule expressions with more than two parameters. Complex Mathematical Expression in Validation expression can be defined with a combination of the following:
- Parameters (e.g., Pocket.depth, Pocket.DratAngle, etc.)
- Constant values ( integer, decimal values, e.g., 2, 3.5, 4.50, etc.)
- Mathematical Operators – ‘+’ , ‘-’, ‘*’, ‘/’, ‘(‘, ‘)’,
Examples:
- (Flange.Radius*SheetMetal.Thickness+10)
- ((Pocket.MaxBotRadius-Pocket.MinBotRadius)+(Pocket.MaxSideRadius*2))
- PartBody.Length-(Groove.MinDistance*Groove.MinCornerRadius
