PFTrack 2011 has been engineered from the ground up to be infinitely
customizable, allowing it to conform to any workflow; from an
independent artist, to the largest studio bound by the most regimented
production management structure. Fully-integrated Python Scripting
allows custom tools to be written directly into the application, and
routine operations, such as project creation, plate preparation,
tracking and data management to be automated and batch processed from
the command line. Metadata is constantly written to the project file
and can be directed throughout the application to drive multiple
operations simultaneously, while Compound Nodes simplify the matchmoving
process at the artist level, combining several common processes into a
single node function in the Tracking Tree.
