Grain35 includes 6 different popular film stocks in both 35mm and 16mm formats. Each stock is offered in three different exposures (underexposed, at exposure and overexposed.) Since different film stocks yield different characteristic grain patterns, you have a wide variety of grain at your disposal – from very fine at-exposure 35mm stocks to more dramatic 16mm stocks

Grain35 works with Final Cut Pro 6, 7, and X, Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and others. We provide Grain35 as a fully built-out FCP X effect, for easy drag-and-drop use within FCP X. But we also provide the grain scan assets in ProRes4444 format, both 1920×1080 and 4K resolutions, so you can import these assets into any NLE with a Composite mode.
