Throughout these lessons, we'll learn how to create a high poly character for mobile games using 3ds Max, Photoshop and ZBrush. We will discuss the steps required to sculpt a game character from scratch. We'll start by using 3ds Max to create a base mesh guide, then use ZBrush to start the sculpture. Daniel is a self-taught artist who was born in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Daniel began his journey into the 3D world at age 14. He got his first job as a professional 3D Artist when he was only 18 years old. He has also worked in the advertising and entertainment industry using techniques such as match moving and Chroma Key for TV commercials and films. Most recently, he was hired as a 3D Generalist, focusing on character design in an animation studio. He specializes in character development for games and film and is passionate about anatomy. He currently lives in Brazil, working as a Freelance Character Artist.
