This book focuses on new research in dentistry practices. Dentistry is
the known evaluation, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases,
disorders and conditions of the oral cavity, maxillofacial area and
the adjacent and associated structures and their impact on the human
body. Dentistry is widely considered necessary for complete oral health.
It usually encompasses a number of very important practices related to
the oral cavity. The most common being dental surgery on the teeth as
a treatment for dental cavities. Oral and maxillofacial surgery is also
a common surgery to correct a wide spectrum of diseases, injuries and
defects in the head, neck, face, jaws and the hard and soft tissues of
the oral and maxillofacial region. Many oral diseases and abnormalities
can indicate systemic, neural, or other diseases. Research on these and
other issues related to dental care are discussed in this book.
