Love Yoga is based on the Ashtanga free flowing routine and is devised by Yoga instructor Ryan Spielman. It is designed to sculpt, shape and tone the body as well as improve an overall sense of well being. Features two specific routines with Level 1 aimed for beginners and Level 2 for the more advanced.

A unique Ashtanga based programme, created by Ryan Spielman, "yoga instructor to the stars", LOVE YOGA is designed to sculpt, shape and tone the body.A long time student of Yoga, Jayne's super-fit body is testament to the effectiveness of the Yoga discipline. Spending 5 weeks in a bikini in front of millions of British viewers on Celebrity Love Island was the best advertisement possible and now with the release of LOVE YOGA, Jayne will share her Yoga secrets. Ryan Spielman's work with a host of top show business names has catapulted him to the top of his field and made him a leading light in the global Yoga arena. Filmed in Ibiza at Ibiza Yoga, the backdrop to LOVE YOGA provides the perfect inspiration for the Yoga student, whatever the level. With a running time of more than 2 hours, LOVE YOGA offers two separate free-flowing Ashtanga based routines – LEVEL 1 designed for the beginner and LEVEL 2 for the more advanced student. Together, Jayne and Ryan demonstrate a series of yoga poses that are connected together using the breath. The programme includes warm-ups and standing postures, floor postures, and a final relaxation sequence. The easy to follow LOVE YOGA programme has been specially designed to challenge, but never over-extend the body, focus the mind and enhance overall well-being.
Ryan has been studying and teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for over 10 years. Almost entirely self-taught, he has become an advanced practitioner, devoting his life to discovering and pushing the boundries of human potential.
As witnessed on this summer's smash hit show Celebrity Love Island Jayne, who has been studying Yoga for more than 12 years, is very experienced in the practice of Yoga.

Discussing LOVE YOGA Jayne says "Yoga is such an important part of my life, so I wanted to make a video that could reach everyone. Even if you have never tried yoga before, there is a beginners' class to get you started, and as your practice progresses you can move on to the next section. Both parts are fun and make you feel great! I wanted to set the video against a backdrop of calm, so the yoga retreat we found in Ibiza was perfect.
